KUZEAL CRISTAWELD is a low heat input, low hydrogen controlled electrode with high strength. The weld deposits are tough, crack-free, and have high impact values. Use a short and medium arc to avoid overheating.
Applications: It is used for welding low & medium carbon steel, pressure vessels, excavator booms, pipe welding, and crane jibs.

The weld deposits resist these factors and increase the service life of dies. The deposits are hard and tough, resisting repetitive impact. To avoid cracking, pre-heating up to 400°C and slow cooling is recommended.

KUZEAL SUPER EDGE is a low heat input electrode specifically designed for overlay applications on high-speed steels and tool steels in the M series. The weld deposits are highly resistant to wear, retaining hardness and toughness even at temperatures up to 600°C. For optimal performance, it is recommended to pre-heat the job up to 300°C, depending on the thickness of the material.

KUZEAL SUPER TOOL is a low heat input electrode designed for the repair of tools and dies made from tool steel, H13 type steel, and low alloy steel. The weld deposits are heat-treated for improved hardness. The deposits provide enhanced edge hardness for cold cutting tools and shears.
Applications: Ideal for hot and cold trimming dies, blanking dies, cutting tools, molding dies, extrusion and feeding screws, and hot forging dies.

KUZEAL 100 S is a surfacing electrode for low and medium carbon steel, and alloy steels. The weld deposits exhibit excellent resistance to deformation with medium toughness, impact, and abrasion. It can also be used as a buffer layer before applying high hardness electrodes. The electrode allows for 2 to 3 layers of deposition.

KUZEAL HARDLIFE is a low heat input electrode designed for heavy abrasion, moderate impact, and metal-to-metal wear with a high deposition rate. The weld deposits retain their properties up to temperatures of 450°C. Pre-heating up to 150°C and drying the electrodes at 300°C for 45 minutes before use is recommended.
Applications: Ideal for hardfacing crusher parts, press screws, and many other parts in the cement industry.

Applications: Suitable for use in blast furnace hoppers and throats, screw conveyors, crushing rolls, and other applications in cement, ceramic, and mining industries.

KUZEAL HARDBLAST is a low heat input electrode designed for cladding parts subjected to high impact, abrasion, and friction at temperatures up to 500°C. The electrode provides a smooth arc, low spatter, and excellent bead appearance. Up to 2 layers of weld deposits are permissible.
Applications: Suitable for seat areas of blast furnace bells, hoppers, hot shears, tong pins, screens, cement mill parts, and other similar applications.
